Include the brand, model and what happened. A clear photo or model number helps when you’re not sure which watch you have.

Ask us first. Repair options depend on the model, the fault and whether suitable parts are available.

What should I bring?

Bring the watch to your confirmed appointment. Tell us whether the charger or charging dock is part of the problem too.

How much will it cost?

We’ll check the available options and explain the price before you agree to the repair. Some problems need an assessment first.
