How can installation be free?

We earn from the parts and products we sell.

V0LT parts are sold at our retail prices. Eligible standard installation is included. We also sell accessories, used devices and other services.

Free standard installation does not mean parts, specialist work or every future repair are free.

What else should I know?

Before you book

Parts pricing

You pay the V0LT retail price for the part. We’ll show the price and any extras before you agree.

Customer-supplied parts

May be considered at owner risk, but are not recommended and can be refused if compatibility, condition or safety cannot be established.

Battery and liquid safety

Swollen or damaged batteries, corrosion and unsafe devices may require a different handling path or paid parts before work can continue.

Complex or specialist work

Motherboard cases, donor devices, specialist data recovery and external services may need separate approval and may sit outside free standard labour.

Consumer rights remain

V0LT's voluntary free-labour offer and warranty wording do not remove rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
