Good to know
When can I use my credit?
After your paid order has been collected or delivered, or your repair has been handed back. Credit can pay for eligible accessories, including accessories added to a repair.
Does credit expire?
Each earned amount lasts 24 months from when it becomes available. Expiry dates appear in your account. $1 accessory credit takes $1 off eligible accessories.
What happens with a return?
We reverse the credit and qualifying spend for returned items, and restore applicable credit you used. Already-spent rewards may leave a credit-only adjustment against future rewards. We do not reduce a required money refund to recover rewards.
Do I have to receive marketing?
No. Rewards membership does not sign you up for marketing. You can keep your account without subscribing to promotional messages.
