STEP 2
Record the device condition.
Take the standard views before sealing the bag. Photograph any visible damage clearly.
Condition photos are custody evidence only. They do not prove cause of failure or warranty eligibility.
STEP 3
Seal the custody bag.
The bag number becomes the physical reference attached to the V0LT Ticket ID.

Production bag and receipt IDs are issued atomically by the server after the five photos and custody checks pass.

The repair is now checked in at the partner custody point. The customer tracks V0LT, not the partner.
